Remember that unless the person is actually repulsive, you can simply answer 'no'. They don't have to be stunningly beautiful.

Depends on here [ and your ] defenition of beautiful. And besides that. Thinking she ain't ugly doesn't mean she is beautiful. Se can be normal. [ man do we have a lot of those people on this planet ;D ]. Or have something that really carracteriesses here, she might not be ugly or beautiful, but have a bodily feature that makes here, well plesant or the oposite to look at.

If you really don't know, tell here that no matter what she or others think, she's special. And that's more important then not being ugly.

btw. do you know why she asked you ? Is she in doubt hereself and thinks she's really ugly. Does she like you and is this here way to see if you would like here to.. .

Dude its an bad situation anyway you put it. Ide try to be like " You look fine." or something like that. Dont want to hurt the persons feelings even if they arnt the most beautiful person.

yea I just say " um. . .I really don't want a girlfriend right now, I mean it's that I dont like you (the last few words are optional)but when I have a girlfriend my grades go down and I really want ot keep them up fo the rest of the semester". and thats how I'd put it, but remember be an asshole and say "Hell no!" or "NO" and turn around ignoring them.

Personally, some girl tried that on me and got answered:

"Sorry, physical look is not the person itself thus if you take this as a compliment, you're a fool: your body is cute. Now for your own person, this is another matter."

Or in a case the girl's not cute, bout the same except trying not to insult. I may give it to her as an information, but explaining very well that it's not the person itself even if it has some effects on many boys as a mechanism of cause-effect (maybe me included...). Beauty is not only found in an ethereal shell.

And FIRST RULE OF ALL I do not answer to people who ask me a question to get a specific answer since I consider they aren't interested in my answer but in comforting themselves. And if they aren't happy of my answer, then it means the were asking me to lie and I have no reason to be immoral for someone else's pleasure.

PS: Did I mentioned that many people rarely had a SINGLE question answered by me? I think I was seen in some place as the guy it's useless to ask question since he'll say no even after 30 minutes bothering him ;D I only give answers to people who really want the answers themselves.

PPS: You should know that not everyone likes my answers that are generally universalized explanations (not specific to the case they're talking about). If your goal is not necessarily truth but pleasure, you may not appreciate to follow my lead (depending on the girl). Personally, I'm not interested in people that would ask me to not be true anyway. I'm indifferent to their likings and have better to do; I'm no one's doll.
