I was playing before the first clan, one day bout 19 came up at once so it'd be kinda hard to find out ;D

It shows the earliest clans created on June the 6, 2001.

But many clans were created on that date. There is no record at what time,so we will never find out who created the 1 clan.

It was probably WW's tech support crew who made the first clan. They usually test it before opening it so there are always a few.
