you want to know what quesitons were loaded?

1. "Jews surely have to take some of the responsibility for their persecution over the past 2000 years."

This question is loaded. Even if 99.9% of Jewish persecution was not their fault, just that .01% is enough to cause the entire question to shift.

Better worded question: "The majority of Jewish persecution over the last 2000 years is their own fault"

2. "No one chooses their country of birth, so it's absurd to be proud of it."

Another loaded question. This one already gives a reason for not being proud of your country. Perhaps someone is not proud of their country for another REASON. Yet due to the poor wording of this question, it does not leave that option. Better wording: "Being proud of ones country is absurd."

3. "The only social responsibility of a company should be to deliver a profit to its shareholders."

Lol, of course no one is going to answer "YES" to this. It is worded so biased. To better seperate the right from the left, you should word it less extreme:

"The primary responsibility of a company should be to deliver a profit to its shareholders."

4. "Everyone has their rights, but it is better for all of us that different sorts of people should keep to their own kind."

This question is especially misleading. There is absolutely nothing wrong with people preserving their culture. A group of Eskimo's for example who gather together and share stories, experiences and reflect on their heritage is GOOD. However the question is worded so that the idea of preserving culture is some horrible thing and that 'keeping to your own kind' is mutually exclusive from integration when you can do BOTH (I can both keep to my own kind and integrate into society).

Better wording: "It is healthy for society for different people's and cultures to maintain their unique identity"

5. "A government must give its citizens as much social freedom as possible. "

This question is too vague. It leaves out information that someone on the right is unable to answer fully, thus it does not adequately measure someone who is on the right from the one on the left. When it says "as possible"...possible from what?

Better wording: "A governments primary responsibility is to maximize the social freedoms of its citizens"

OR "A government should strive to grant as much social freedom to its citizens as possible without interferring with the basic rights of others."

6. "In criminal justice, punishment is more important than rehabilitation."

Perhaps this question is OK, but I still felt it was loaded. I see both of these as equal, and the question did not really allow me to express that view.

7. "No one can feel naturally homosexual."

LOL! Talk about a loaded question. This one takes the cake. This question is as loaded as me asking you: "so when will you quit beating your girlfriend?"

Better wording: "Homosexuality is genetic."

OT: well if the goal of the questions were to accurately distinguish between the right and the left, then their wording prevented that goal from accurately being achieved. I am proof of this because the test put me on the left, when I am indeed on the right.

Because of the bad wording of many questions, I was forced to answer a particular way, leaving the test unable to accurately determine my true opinion on the issue.

Now that we know South Korea will NOT TOLERATE North Korean nuclear arsenal, who's side are you people on? Are you on the side of the ruthless dictator like Duke Leeto, or are you on the side of South Korea a free and peaceful democracy?

South Korea is DEMANDING that NK nuclear arms production cease and is willing to use force if necessary. Who will speak out against South Korea in here? Who in here would condemn South Korea for agreeing with me? Who here condemns the United Nations for also agreeing with me that a North Korean nuclear arsenal is intolerable situation that must not be allowed...PERIOD. (like duh! what does the word "intolerable" mean?)

I want to know who the nazi's are in this forum. Are you for the Dictator or are you for South Korea?

Interesting YOU should talk about loaded questions. ::)

ill say one thing about Ghandi: he is probably the last peaceful revolutionist this planet will ever see.

Today its all about allowing and tolerating everyone and their grandma to be able to make mushroom clouds.

Want to make a mushroom cloud? NO problem. We will ask you nicely not to, but if you say "NO" then o well. SUch is life, go ahead and make yourself some mushroom cloud machines- and o dont worry, we wont interferre. And if someone dares try to interferre with your God-given right to make a mushroom cloud machine, we will call them a warmonger!

Somehow I don't think adding 'OT:' to your post allows you to post offtopic messages lol. Anyways, I think the media image of Ghandi kind of exaggerates him, but he's atleast no sociopath. Edric, don't worry about it I didn't mean to sound so harsh.

Bringing up North Korea and hurling a personal flame is quite a bit different. I flamed no one in this thread, and there is no reason why you need to resort to such. I am asking you not to flame me, allright?
