I just dont understand

I would like to know how come most of u that post messages on this board do not play or if u do play then how come i dont really know? I dont think that because u have played the game gives u the right to just sit around like a bunch of old people and talk about it u know? So maybe instead of saying the game is cool or that EBFD is dying, get out there and play for once OK and if u reply to this plz play atleast one game to show me u listend

Perhaps people just aren't on at the same times as you or it so happens that you miss people because they're in games when you're in the lobby etc etc. ::) :P I mean, I myself am pretty busy making maps and experimenting with modding the game to play online.

I like the board, i like the game but i don't play it much anymore. Why? Cuz i think many other games are just a tad better. And i don't post like i know everything. I post what i know, and i learn from reading what other ppl say

I only played online once and finished one campaign (Hark). I recently reinstalled the game again and played some skirmish games. Although I did pretty well in emprworm's test, I truely suck at the game. Besides that, I'm currently playing Diablo II: LoD a lot and a bit of Renegade.

The reason I'm here is because I'm helping people out here with tech problems/questions. Next to that, this is a great community to be part of. Plain and simple :) However, you'll never see me complaining about the game or any of it's players.

once you proove yourself you do not need to prove your self again and 2nd think of it as a big family do you have to go shopping with your family to be a part of it?

The concept is I have a busy life, I just leave comp on fed2k and post when I can. As some of you know I barley play Emp anymore cause of school etc...

Seriously, like Atreides Legend said, I have a busy life:

I have my own company

I work for another company (read the "open diary" thread to see what job it is).

I have a wife and daughter

I try to help people here

I have friends

As you might notice, I'm very busy. Most of the time that I have free goes to my daughter. When she sleeps, I'm trying to update my webpage (try to follow it, as you can see it's not being update that much). After that when time is left, I like to play a game I'm resonably good at. EBFD just isn't that game.

Note that I see helping people here see as a job. I spend a lot of time helping people and finding solutions. Even if it means I have to screw up my own computer... Not that people expect me to do that, but I enjoy helping people and therefore spending a lot of time in it.

Next to all of the above, the community here is great and I enjoy it.

I hope this answers the question "why do u stick around here if u dont play the game??? ". If not... well... nevermind...

I play online nearly daily, just not with you and i informed you about that allready before. Plenty off people even do not have and/or want to play online. Any1 having the game has the right to post here...

i guess only die4honr really got what i was saying, i can see some of u have busy lives to attend but for the people that just sit around here and post or can talk about emp then why ? why cant u spend that fifteen or twenty mins of the time u take to read the post and reply to them take some time and play a game or two, because for YOU who have proven youself maybe that was along time ago and u r to rusty to do it again hint hint master strategist jk but serously i am not here to dog u guys, i am simply here to try and get my favorite game, the only game i own on computer alive. i would really like to see the game come back, for example someone on emp was telling me how this game is so over dated and so hightech that even his fast processer and etc cant even make the game run fast on high graphics and for all of u that know the game would agree with me and him, so maybe when the game is alittle older which it is then maybe we will play alot better whatever. the point is just play guys get the game going once more PLZ :'(

One more thing, most people would do LAN with friends (as i think ethan did) and needed help or likes to eneter the team discussion, or people can do just solo player as in some of us do ... :D
