Sard, you can`t clone the spice, `cos spice doesn`t live and you can`t get spice when you kill all sandworms. Then, Sard, when you kill sandworms, you will make Dune world upside down and I don`t think that dune fans will be very happy... ;)

For the original question, I think not. Spice allows space travel, and it does not exist in our solar system. How would you get to Arrakis in the first place?
