kazaa uses spy ware and one of there updates contained files that go into your windows directory to use cpu power that you are not.

it can hog your bandwidth, slow your games down and many other stuff

i suggest doing this for two reasons

1. do you really want to support an company that can look at everything on your computer(spyware)

2. do you want ur computer to feel slow and chuggy and your internet to take it longer then it should

DELEATE, FORMAT, REINSTALL WINDOWS

NEVER USE KAZAA AGAIN

this is what you probably have on your computer.

they can see what is in your computer, they can use your e-mail and send e-mails you didn't posted, it can hog your bandwitch, slowing down your games etc.

Guur I explained it to you?

And ken, there is absolutely no need to format. No need. Download ad-aware, uninstall kazaa, delete folders, scan from ad-aware, and voila. No format needed.

Format shouldn't even be considered as an option. Unless you have nothing on your computer which most do have something, then it causes more loss than it does solve Kazaa problems.

HMMM? could it be that its something else giving you that junk, and that this kazaa will invade your mind and steal your soul crap is all just a farse???!!!

ive used kazaa for a long time now, and have had no problems with it. and honestly, i dont think they care about whats on my comp.

Hmm could it be if you bother to look up news articles online it has all sorts of articles about kazaa being dangerous and a good way to transfer spyware and viruses?

Posted

its quite easy to send virusses through kazaa, you take an program (download an virus free popular game) put an virus in, copy the game to your kazaa file and tadaa.

at least, thats what i think...

i agree, kazaa is horrible, it gave me a worm. delete it!!!

In that case: CLOSE YOUR ISP, DISABLE YOUR REMOVABLE MEDIA DEICES!!! NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!

Come on people, you get iruses and worms and the rest fom everything, you can't just pick out one thing. Kazaa gives you no problem if you use antivirus software, use the cd_clint.dll, and don't download the obvious fake progs. Its not that hard to do, and yu get the ability to find whatever you want almost on it. You are all sounding like the type of people who hate microsoft for no reason aside from its an easy target. Is Kazaa really that bad? Or are you just to incompteant to manage a few minor hiccups?
