Opera or Mozilla ?

What r the good features of Mozilla ?

Is it possible to uninstall it ?

Popup blocking, image blocking, better standards support, integrated mail/news/irc, tab browsing, no adds. Opera probably does some of those but I think Mozilla is still better at rendering pages.

And yes its easy to uninstall.

I have a question, I never tested it but does Mozilla also block pages that popup like for example the Official DOA3 Page. It pops up a flash movie, but will Mozilla not allow this, seeing as the popup is from JS and most popups are also from JS. It would get annoying if it did.

If its a link you click on then the popups work. But no the popup on that page wouldn't work and you don't have to block popups, its just an option.

The popup, from JS, is automatic, meaning right after it loads it pops up without you having to do anything.

If you turn off popups then that wouldn't work, its only on links you click that you can get popups as far as I know. I think they are working on a "popup manager" where you can allow popups on certain sites though.

Well I had a problem with keeping logged onto the messageboard system some time ago with Internet Explorer 5.0 The damn thing just kept on logging me out every time I clicked on a link to a thread. So I downloaded Mozilla and now it's all fine! ;D

I tried Mozilla.

A web site requested some Java app, so i was sent (by mozilla) to a page to download it. Once installed, it reduced its speed a lot.

i got a friend with opera, and it is horrible. i personally justt use ie, although if i know the site im going to uses a lot of pop ups i will use mozilla.

anyway, the opera thing wont let you go to about 99.9% of the sites you wanna go to. dont get it. its bad touch.

I use opera as my secondary browser, and i have never had any trouble going to any sites at all.

And its so much cleaner I find, plus it has its own download manager and popup stoppers.

mebe youve never had a need to go to a sitte that duzzint work on it, and you have extraordianry luck.

well, I use it almost as much as i use IE to go all around the net, and have been to lots of sites, maybe its your bad luck to go to a few sites that it doesn't work on, and maybe its the sites bad tailoring that makes it incompatible with other browsers.

Another Opera user here to. And no problems with any sites anymore.

But then, at the moment I seem to be using 7 browser versions .. can't really choose at the moment which is the best. But the four main ones, IE, netscapa, Mozill and Opera arn't that bad. It's basically what I prefer in a certain situation that I use.
