If there were no subhouses...wow that would be a whole new ball game. The general understanding is that, under a plain battlefield map like knife fight or even sandy pass, if subhouses are not involved, atreides beats ordos, ordos beats hark, and hark beats atreides. Of course, there are all sorts of factors that can sway the battle this way and that, but that's the general consensus.

And taqwa, how did you know I was trying atreides this month?

I agree. Without subhouses, almost everything will change. When i'm not rushing, my main force is always composed of subhouse units...i dont think there is ever a time when i dont use them...

By the way, Ace, I am REALLY into WCIII now. The quests (campaigns) are so much fun. I still play Emp now and then though. I guess I just can't stick to something as long as you can to reach my full potential at it. You know what's sickening though? The game just came out, and there are a lot of guys who have played around 300 ladder games so far! No chance for someone like me who doesn't get to play that much, but oh well, it's still a blast. Whats wrong with the Atreides? I thought they were the most powerful house in the game. the Mino is great in groups and the mongoose can do awesome damage when used right and the Sonic tank is the most devastating piece of machinery in the entire game... of course you all know multiplayer better than I do so I could be wrong.

I think the better house, in QM or not, in order importance is

first Atreides, second Ordos and third Harkonnen.

I think the better unit of all house and subhouse is Drones who like you know is part of Atreides.

It's just my own opinion ok so don't send me missile or other stuff to kill me.

I always try to kill my opponents with harkonnen engi's (they can shoot ya know)!

The best tank i think is the atr mino. It's slow but it's armour and fire power make up for a lot.!!
