Give them part of the proceeds, a large part.C. Get it through a publisher.D. Put a disclaimer on it saying you were given permission by the current holders of the copywrighted Dune Series. (Note this comes after getting permission, also if you write and post it for free you must include a disclaimer to prevent nasty legal proceedings.)E.
