Atreides units against Harkonnens

Gunships can be easily stopped by air drones. And buzzsaws by everything else. But also, I can't believe, that some uses Mongooses instead of Kindjals as a main anti-tank firepower.

Buzzsaw can`t be stopped by everything. It can`t be stopped by sand bike but it depends who fire first. And infantry

Assault is stronger then the Mongoose, Both goes for armor and firepower. But Mongoose has better range and AA capabilities.

Ordos las tanks beats the mongoose with their speed and range and even if they get hit the Las tank can leave to regenerate and restore the shields.

Once again Harkonnen beats the Atreides!!! *Victory dances Harkonnen style*

Harks can deal with it. If Atreides has as much time to produce as much mino, Harks could send devas, missiles and gunships. When minos leave their base Harks send a lot of gunships, they take them health, and when they aproache Harks base, devas and missile should work

But it is quite easy to destroy ornies with missile tank, when they go to Hark base. But true, some air units like air drone can make live difficult...like hawk strike :P

Continueing producing Troopers, with each squad of 10 move them to somewhere in your base, that's anti-air + anti-NIAB, and move also 1/2/3 groups to your spice field(s). That will learn them a lesson ;D, have some Buzzsaws backing the Troopers up...

There is no real chance. 3 drones ambushing your patrolling carryalls - what a NICE vision! Playing Emperor is so much pleasurable...

Harkonnens haven't ONE good unit. Also, they have no repair systems for units. If you want to fight in longer battles, you must have many projectors. But one scout will do it. I've made it. You know, I think that Harkonnens are too weak.

Let me quess the "Mino" is more powerfull then the Harkonnen units. One A  Tank = Beat's the mino anyday.

One missile tank = Beats the mino anyday.  

They all rock. But they need to combined with other units thats all.

The problem with dealing with the Mino rush when you are playing as Harkonnen, is the other player tends to group his Minos with Air Drones. Gunships won't do much then, and it makes matters worse if he has some Fedaykin and NAIB tanks in the mix also.  :P

But large group of devas and missile tanks is as powerful as mino rush. And deva is more difficult to kill.

For Black Emperor - what YOU have been smoking, when you think those bloodsuckers are not only powerful, but also more powerful than Atreides!

Harkonnens are about a brute power of frontal attacks, which can be succesful only with big numbers of units. They have nearly no chance. Against Atreides small, against Ordos totaly no.

Assault tank has a firepower of Kindjal combining price of Mongoose and mobility of Kobra. Devastator is only mobile defense tower. Mobile only with carryall.

Deva is great for camping on the Spice fields also. He just like the mino, he always need backups from other units.

Harkonnen mights be a frontal attack house, but that doesn't mean they suck.

Fo' example: Inkvines can take any defence out in large numbers.

Missile tanks can destroy most tanks in one salvo, just get out of the front line then.

And deva is great in defence. When its a lot of devas around base, enemy hasn`t many chance to get there.

Missile tanks rock against heavy Atreides units as good as deva (maybe not AS good, but they are useful), and against air units, assault rush works most of times and inkvine has longest range. Harkonnen units are great. Aha, and they have best anti-infantry units: flamers.

Yes, That is correct. Deva's are a huge annoyance for enemies. Unless if they have some long range units.

Sometimes when I play Emperor I see that often mangoose is more annoying than mino. Mangoose is always in large number, mino is one, two, three (I don`t talking about huge mino rush). Mangoose can too shot to air unit
