sorri...what im saying is a map where itll be perfect where one player is being "seiged" and the other attacking..the "seiger" gets lotsa of resources and stuff....the "seiged" gets high ground...rocks..walls...mainly anything not unti advantages

a siege is very irregular one person can pass quick in siege a person and be siege.

dont forgoett that siege can be broken always.

to the siege use AA tropers , kobras, mortar infantary and laser tanks plus/u apc  :P :P

p.s- keep a eye in your base u enemy can use a sneak atack

Where will you lay siege though? At their base entrances or their spice fields? Would you deploy your siege at your enemy's spice fields or try to intercept any harvesters getting in and out of his/her base? Prevent your opponent's harvesters from getting any spice and he/she will soon fall out of starvation. Even just destroying the Carryalls is enough to cripple enemy income.

Fedaykins and Deviators can handle them nicely if they are distracted. Laser Tanks can dart in and out if managed properly and the long reload time is a major drawback of the Minotaurus leaving it vulnerable. Of course, with large groups of Minotaurus, its a different story if a few cover for others moving. Missile Tanks also need distractions to take down Minotaurus as they get damaged badly due to light armour.

Fedaykins have short range so are not likely to destroy many Minos in a single volley of shots unless you want to risk getting them overrun. And quite often, they don't get first strike - they need time to uncloak before shooting. This is sufficient for Minos to start shooting. True, you probably will take down a few Minos by suiciding Fedaykins, but it wouldn't be worth it unless you can destroy all the Minos in that single volley of shots.

yeah well... a large group of mino's is hard to counter though...... it is a very good allround unit... to win you have to make use of their weak spots.... which is not range... making sonics not that good vs. mino's
