Jk
Should I buy it?
gryphon
Why not, it can't be that expencieve anymore. And it depends. Do you like RTS games and Dune ? Do you mayby have a "old" computer that isn't capable of running Dune Emperor ? Than you must buy the game :)( we have a great stategy section on the game here :) so you could look at that first and deside if you like it, and I mayby shouldn't say that but it looks a lot like the first Command & Conquer's )
Timenn
Can you still buy it then?? I saw it some years ago in a shop for Fl 110,00 (that's about $44, E 50:):)) while it was years old and you could buy it for some quarters elsewhere... gryphon
Havn't seen it in stores myself for a long time. But than we do live in the same country :)Mayby in other country's it's still availeble.Just as you can by the compleat Command & Conquer series ( well the first 3 ) in a box for a small price. About E 20.
Timenn
Yes then they try to sell many old games together for some money. Most time you like one game and hate the others :)
gryphon
Yep, and a lot of bookstores are selling "classic" games for a couple of euro's. Not in the origional boxes, usually the new "DVD" covers.
Jk
I haven't got any computer to run emperor on.And I'll buy dune 2000 once I get the money. Also, RTS games are almost the only games I play... Â ;D

def_tank
get it on ebay if u can. if u deal ur cards right, you can get a copy from 10-15 bucks max (considering this game's not in big demand, it's not very hard to get a copy quick). Timenn
What's the difference between the pc and psx version? What is changed?
quoudam72
Well of course the game play is different also the graphics are not as well done as the PC version. I have heard alot of people dislike the console version (PC ports always sux) but it's really a matter of opinion. If you want the best buy the PC version but if you have a PSX give it a try the game can be found in the used section for about 10-15($US). quoudam72
Yes without the mouse although you can get a mouse for the PSX. Besides that it is really the same game.
