New Saturday!

Going to play poker with the guys. $5 buy in.

Poker is really big now. Since NHL shut down everyone on Saturday nights plays poker. And online poker has exploded. Driving not drinking, so I might do better than when I play drunk.

Yeah, out of the three online tournaments I entered (about 100 people in each) I've got fourth once and first twice.  Problem is all I win is free buy in to a money tornament that is hosted when I can't play.

Only played for money once, and then it was very little mone.  Won it though.

Went to a gig that wasn't great but the DJ between sets was pretty good, then met some people and went to a park with some booze.

Last night there was a Sherry party, bunch of drunks.

Today we went boating. A friend decided to get out of the  boat by leaning off of it, which caused the boat to tip on its' side and capsize. Luckily we only went out 10 meters from shore. :P

I worked as a server for a catering job at a wedding reception.  After the job finished me and a friend stayed there for awhile.  It was an open bar.  then I took my lasgana and went home where me and my friend just hung out for the night.  Too poor to do anything else.

in the vening I visited a friend and installed openbsd.

sunday was working day again :)

very busy those days... and more work (and money) to come in september  ;D

next saturday I'll probably leave home for some party  ;)

Leaving in 10 minutes to get in a car with 3 other friends, going to Amherst N.S. to visit a friend.

Will drink and play poker, then probably go to the bars. Hopefully not the strip clubs as they now charge $20 a song. Used to be $12. I doubt the quality increased either.

1/2 pint to drink. I'm limiting myself :)

Went out to a disco-y, pub-ish place for the first time last night with some friends from work. Spent all my time sitting a corner gossiping with other people. Bad, bad me.

I was about to ask how 200 people are ever going to fit in a hot tub, but after seeing that pic... whoa thats some hot tub! ;D

It's a portable hot tub. Fits 6 comfortably.

What do you think is the hottub? The ocean? It's not :P

It's gonna be a potluck as well. mmm, food. too bad I don't like seafood, they are getting 25 pounds of mussels.

Got pub crawl this friday. FANS (Food and nutritional science) and computer science(?) Engineering.

Got pub crawl next friday. Business, biology and chemistry together with mardi gras theme. Nursing is also supposed to be on one (nurses are crazy on pub crawls).

Might end up going to see the trews for the 5th time Oct. 7

More bands this month than all of last year. Tea Party cancelled Myrons concert, and the practically hip cancelled, but I doubt many were going.

EDIT - Sloan was probably the best concert I've been too.

Wow, big pub crawl this friday.

Business, Chemistry, Biology and Physics society are all going together. They ordered 300 tshirts, but from what I hear they will probably run out. All proceeds go to Hurricane Katrina relief fund.

I just found out that education society is going on a pub crawl the same night. One source said 250 people are signed up for that.

Friend from home is up Friday (later today) for Serenity.  Sat is a country club kegger.

Picked up 2 purple tshirts.

They must've sold 150 tshirts in the first 1/2 hour. I'm predicting they are going to sell out.

I'm thinking this is gonna be the biggest pub crawl in a long time.

There are many parties being planned beforehand, not sure which one to go to. Good thing they are only 30 seconds walking distance away from each other, so one big party!

tonight i'm going out in cambridge and i've bought a stunning vintage dress (i never wear dresses normally).  i'm going out with my friend graham.  he wont recognise me, because he's used to me being scuzzy and in jeans and trainers.  hopefully some of the boys will realise that i am, in fact, a girl and not just one of them who happens to have breasts!!

Ok, this did not occur on a Saturday, but rather last night (Sunday).

Went over to Halifax (big atlantic canada city). Went to a wake, then went back to hotel, drank watched tv for about 4 hours. Ate donair pizza. Friend came over, we drank some more, then went to the casino, spent 40 minutes there, then went to "The Dome" bar, which is probably the biggest bar in Atlantic Canada. $1 shots and drinks all night long! ($5 cover). Lots of skin, and we got to go up to the VIP area because we knew people. Then got home around 3AM and didn't go to bed until 5AM.

Spent the weekend at canterbury uni with my girlfriend, was soooooooo much fun.

last weekend I only was about to set up my new notebook.

the 2 weekends before I was on tour for business reasons. next weekend I will be on a meeting, too and the weekend after also. and the weekend after that I will be in an airplane going to palm springs. and that#s also where I'm gonna spend the next 2 weekends then...

And the weekend before christmas I was planning to give a small party at my place for some friends.

yeah that's my plans so far. very busy  ;D

Went to a birthday party for the president of FANSS (foods and nutritional science society) with my roomates. For about an hour the ratio of girls to guys was 20:1, me being the only guy...

They served good food as well.

Then went to bar which was very expensive to get in and have drinks.
