Ouch. As long as you don't live in a trailer, I'm pretty sure your alright.

As most trailer parks seem to get destroyed, and not residential houses.

Move to northern Canada. They don't get any hurricanes up there, ;)

We did have hurricane-strength winds in the eighties...

The Micheal Fish one ? Hah, it was so rare, even the weather forecasters didn't believe it ! Come to England. The best place for avoiding hurricanes (You lose the beautiful tanned bodies, the citrus fruits and the sunshine to name a few, though) !

See where that red line stops in the first picture?  Yep, that's where I live.

Geez, no hurricanes have hit my area in 44 years, and now two in a month.

Damn they showed a side by side picture or charley and this one, and this one makes the other look like a t-storm in size. looks like the hope for a change in direction is really  not looking good.  We are outta here in the a.m.

move to california, same climate, less old people and no major natural disasters every year (well except fires but those are only some areas) and maybe an earthquake every ten-fifteen years. Oh and we have the govenator  ;D

I managed to go to Florida when it wasn't hurricane time, and the place is beautiful (women too  ;)), I guess its one of those places where the benefits outweigh the hurricanes ( 8))
