Think about it; it may be the case that organisations engineer foods to augment profit. What is a huge sector of the food industry that is the most rapidly growing today? Health food.

Thus you argue against yourself, as there is much profit to be had in making healthy foodstuffs.

Ok.

So you're saying that the means of making Healthfood that is genetically modified are unhealthy? Where in this can the food still be called Healthfood? Right, what you're saying is oxymoronic; and no, genetic modification in no way renders something unhealthy to a consumer if done correctly and with intent not to.
