I was thinking.

if Kerry is elected then will he pull out the american forces in Iraq?

if so the world is in a dillemma....Bush have to be re-elected otherwise Iraq will be back to the stoneages and in the hands of extremist groups.

No.  Listen to their speeches---their respective plans are almost exactly the same, but Kerry's has more words in it.

You say that like it's a bad thing.

Funny you should say that, a rather decent sized meteorite supposedly hit Australia the other day.  ;)  Oh Nader wouldn't be too bad...(as a 'liberal' as Rush would call me, I can get away with saying that).

Posted

whoa ordos, have you gone mad???!! lol

of course nader would be bad, man just look at some of the opinions he holds. disturbing...

What are his opinions exactly? The only time I ever saw him on TV he was ranting about corporate influence on US politics, and I don't know much about him besides that.

What are you talking about? Of all the candidates, Nader would make the best President by far. He's certainly a million times better than Bush or Kerry.

It's a real shame he doesn't stand a chance of winning... :-

I agree Edric.  Nader is much better than either of the options the two parties offer us this time (or have offered us for a while).  But whether Nader would be a good president is, sadly, a moot point.  He has a snowball's chance in hell to win this thing, which means our choices are bush or Kerry (who, although not perfect, isn't NEARLY as bad as curious george).

Actually, I recall reading that John Kerry was planning on sending more troops to Iraq -- so that we could expediate the reconstruction process.

edric, I like you a lot but I am just glad that there isnt a majority of you here in america on this specific subject.lol sorry man hehe :)

you probably feelt he same with me, but hey I gotta tell the truth! lol ;)

if everyone who said they would vote for nader if he had a chance in hell voted...he would have a chance in hell!

If I could put that on a giant sign in space so that everyone in america could read it, I would.  Keep in mind how many americans dont vote!

I reckon they should change the laws so Arnie can run as President.

Imagine the speech.

"My fellow Americans.  First, I came to this country for the money, then for the movies and finally for the women.  But now, I come here to be the breast...i mean the best President that there will ever be.  I invoke that we bomb the hell out of Isreal.  As you can see by my latest movie they have decided to attack the rest of the world, and it is up to me to save them by using super human strength and dexterity...while uttering one liners.  But I also say that we lower the legal age of intercourse."

That last bit comes from his name by the opposition.

President Peedo!

I've heard Nader is being sponsored by the Republicans ;) Somehow, that wouldn't surprise me in the least.

I read about that in the paper.  How can people still support Nader knowing why Republicans are helping him?  We can only hope that he drops out and endorses Kerry late in the election.

Heh, the Republicans must be getting desperate if they're willing to help their worst enemy in the hope that he'll steal some votes from the Democrats.

Of course, all this talk of "stealing votes" is pure crap, because HALF OF AMERICA'S POPULATION DOESN'T VOTE. How the hell can the Democrats blame the 5 million Nader voters, when 150 million other Americans don't vote at all? Wouldn't it make more sense to try to get some of those 150 million to vote?
