Actually I prefer the heartless efficiency and profit mindset of the Ordos. Any reason for this?

What are 'the Ordos', never saw those in the books/movie/series :P

As listed in the Dune Encyclopedia, Atreides is the poorest, then Harkonnen and Ordos is the richest of the three as it relies on trading illegal tech and smuggling.

I dont have the DE, but from what I read in the books it seems as if the Atredies dont have the largest military, but there military is very well trained.

No, the Hark. military was strongest, if only because they had the most money. I think that the Atreidies had much better training, but the Harks had a bigger one.

yeah but this game is nothing like the dune universe at all, even the house rulers have different names, wouldnt duke achillus have a house called house achillus, not house atriedies unless thats his first name which i doubt

For some reason I recall the name Duke Achillus Atreides from somewhere. Seriously I do. Also Baron Rakon Harkonnen pops into my head. I don't know why, they just ring a bell...... ???

In the books I think that Harkonnen and Atreides were equally strong when it came to military. Harkonnen had more soldiers but Atreides soldiers were better.
