I just downloaded CiDstyler ;D

We are beyond the time of correction,

a rebuild now could only

follow destruction

The system cannot be reformed,

the structure will never

transform by itself "

I'm beginning to like these guys. 8)

Nah, don't download winamp, on my computer it ate RAM. After awhile the program required almost 256mb... you'd be better off with music match.

You were probably using the new Winamp3. I would highly recommend to stick with Winamp 2. (unless very fast computer)

I use WinAmp 3. I haveno problems with it, i.e.I play MechCommander 2, where I can't start music, with music played in WinAmp and it is working properly. Maybe that's effect of my 384 MB RAM...

Yes if you have a fast enough computer it is good. It just uses a lot more memory and processing power.

Example:

On my old pentium 2 233mhz, 64mb ram computer winamp 2 worked fine (although couldnt do much else when it ran) Winamp 3 froze computer and wouldn't play music right.( it took a while to load also)

I hate winamp 3, but I like the version prior to that.

I haven't noticed it being slow, but the visualizations are so much worse!

The main music program for me is Windows Media Player 9.

For editing music, Goldwave is great.
