I didn't follow the vote much until the day before. So why was there a leave Euro vote anyway? The PM actually wanted a vote for it? Who in their right mind would want such a risky vote, one that did not have some sort of 60%+ win factor (instead of barely passing 53% to cause lots of trouble). Was it the mass immigration problem? If Britain leaves Euro, does that mean immigrants can't go there? The water (Island) will keep them out?

Storm really bad and it only started. Power outages everywhere. And they can't fix the power until tomorrow morning earliest. No plows on the road. Apparently 4 car pileup on a bridge (they closed it now) and a car on fire somewhere else. Can't see my neighbors house. That only happens once a winter. EDIT: Survived the storm. Roads are only 1 lane and cars can't drive on it (need high vehicle such as truck or suv). Some places are still not plowed.

Spring Officially started March 20. Tomorrow, Atlantic Canada will be having a blizzard with 30-40 cm of snow and almost hurricane winds (~110km/h). Everyone expecting power outages. We have our generator in place and started it today to make sure it works. First time this winter we have it in place. Possible storm surges as well. Then on Saturday it will be +5c and 10mm of rain. Small flooding possible. EDIT: 1 weather prediction has 30-40cm on Sunday as well. Someone save me!

It will be fun to see all the pro Facist Ukraine media without letting viewers know about them being Facists. I heard that the USA put together a $1 billion USD package for Ukraine support. So they are supporting Facists. Canada has the 3rd highest Ukrainian population after Ukraine and Russia. From what I can tell Russia is sending more military into Ukraine. Although they have military bases in Ukraine already. Was on a new laptop today. Very low specs, amd 2x1.3ghz core, amd vid card, 320gb hdd. Windows 8. Watching the sys resource monitor the hdd was at 100% while doing anything, and taking forever to do anything. Multitasking is impossible mostly due to hdd (though cpu is slow as well). I was multitasking updating computer, press ctrl+alt+delete and 10 min later it popped up. /windows 8 default thing sucks so badly. I'm browsing web and then randomly it pops up because I 'swiped' the mouse on the screen. //installed classic shell as temporary solution. ///default netflix app is slower and worse than netflix in web browser.

SSD are great. Was using a friends computer this week that has only HDD and it was slow as molasses to start up or launch programs. I can't stand non ssd computers. So much waiting to do.
