i think about buldings to upgrade i played atreides mission 9, and when i made all structures of house atreides, i can see only 5buldings to upgrade ( atreides Hi tech, light factory, heavy factory, barracks, con yard) in harkonnen and ordos only 4 can be upgraded.returning to atreides, why another 3buldings to upgrade is gone? i give shot and we see thatthe 3 holes :> i place here yet a OTHER SHOT WITH POSSIBL LIMIT OF BUILD BULDINGS AND UNITS LOOK AND TRY DONE SAME! i think WESTWOOD ONLINE IS CLOSED COMPLETILY :(( i tried to log in into WOL but i got message bad isp connecton lol. but i have actually DSL/cable fast 700kbps and tried online othr games (total annihiltion 2, outlive, starcraft 3) and i has been connected! and dont got any problems.... we shall made new dune2000 server.

tried but effects no visible.. probably processor is not goodl cooled and may be too hot for him, but in bios i checked temperature ad is just 24c.. i installed default detonators for nvida, maybe i need newes, where i can get newest drivers for nvida geforce 2 mx 400 64mb

i tried play ordos and atreides mission but sometimes game suspend after playing... not crash on mission, but sometimes when loading game, after movie, game suspend. maybe we know why... ps. that is not cheat problem...problem is about crashing dune20000 after loading game, and trying to practice/missions. tried reinstal game, but is same problem...

hmmm, you have cheats installed? if yes, reinstall patch 1.06 to kill cheat/mod you abusinggame? ( making units non stop, totally non stop. that ma crash,i making units one per 30seconds. you then need same) game get confused and u got this error. same is if u try place REFINERY on white SAND, FoXrotorz placed that, and game crashed, i returned to windows, but dont know why, hmmm dune2000 needs directX 5.0 but that ant be problem, i have reinstalled system, and any game( red alert, sole survivor, generals, dune2000) suspend me!!! tried on other pc, and these games not suspend... i have dx 6.0 or 7.0

you tried install mod? but if you wanna install a modification, you must say good bay to playing online, game go oos if you try play with mod , online.....a another way to get oos is having nvida geforce 2 mmx 64mb (or and with voodo 2[engine for nvida])

i think. foutrh house is custom house ( player can add house example[ mercenaries,smugglers,fremens,sindicators] but to add house to dune2k we need a visual basic C++ 6.0 standard edition. just recompilling game... but we need a dune2k source codes. these sources can be extracted from game, but must be maked a great long work to remake dune2000 :D:D:D i looked to shots and i found fourth hole, and another two holes near button kick and ban, these buttons are removed or game is not finished.. maybe to dune2000 is possible create own buldings/units like in c&c red alert 2, or c&c tiberian sun ...? but if is possible to add fourth house...then game have more secrets than actually has been discovered.... dune2k is like cheese ... evry secret is placed in random hole in cheese dune2000 sometimes crash in normal missions ...

i finished this mission with this trick...i maked 2 starports in my base 1 solded old starport... but myproblem is ordos mission 8 mercenaries always are attacked by emperor and atreides, but my base is overrolled by lots of harkonnen units and destroyed grrrrr.

AI just dont sold wind trap, but ai always sold bulding...probably is bug in game, like in hark mission 9, when atreides have 2 bases, emperor same. but additionally smugglers have small base on right down corner., when i killed all enemies, (harvesters killed yet) not got message mission complete, i explored all map but not found any enemy harv. and cant finish harks...... i know third bug. when u build refinery on large map. acarryal when drop harv and fly away, before wanishes from map, he "copy" harv and he fly away with harv... ASIleader know how to place trike in starport, before place starport, second player must send trike to place where starport be placed.and in same time starport must be placed. game got confused and place trike in starport...is not cheat , just a bug. i tried with umega to place

ai dont sold wind trap. is not captured...ai just forgot sold wind trap. but look to this ^^ sometimes AI dont sold buldings... more in savegame ^^

oh dear...you have pirated software....you must buy orginal CD, i tried some months ago this but to play online i neeeded bought dune2000 CD !.but on forum is not allowed talking about pirated software >:( .....best way is bought dune2000 CD from ebay.com or amazon.com

patch is not finished yet....we soon add LAN games, but connecting be not to WOL but to polfan.pl dune2000 server online. polfan server is more faster than WOL, and even player with slow connection, be able to play 4ways without lags(when u logged , server add to you optional connection (until you logged to dune2000 online) 1mbps ...server connection is 155mbps , polfan is great fans of polchat. but projects for dune2000 is continued , and patch be soon finished....but these patch work only on linux systems. we need another components to make for windows 98/2000/2003 server/nt/xp/xp pro/ actually we using ICS component ... only linux support. patch is not mod for game, is a patch like v 1.06 but other options/commands online, not needed rc to online.
