Miles
The US may run to save oil areas because we don't want another environmental disaster like last time.
emprworm
saving oil areas is a MUST. In Kuwait Hussein set them all on fire. SOme took (I believe and someone can research this) more than a year to put out. The devastating effects on the environment are horrible. But that is Hussein for you. Yeah, for US of course!huh? More like for Europe. The United States is thousands of miles away from Iraq. We would hardly be affected by the pollutants. But Europe and Asia would. You are a little off there Scy.

The oil must be protected because if it is ignited you will have a natural disaster The sky will grow black with pollutants that will contaminate TENS OF THOUSANDS OF SQUARE MILES of land, air, and sea. You want this?
