The planned minimum requirements were a 700MhZ PIII or better, but that is the lowest estimate.

Generals will require at least 800MhZ.

If you take a look at the screenshot you'll find out the graphics are in fact excellent- and there's better camera then in Emperor.

i think FA:WoE will be very good but not realy my type of game... but ofcourse i can't be so sure about that yet.

another thing... you said twilights minimum is probably gonna be a p3 700 and generals minimum a p3 800. isn't that strange since generals is already in development... twilight is not as far as i know

About FA:WoE....it has already been released in most European countries, but not in the Netherlands :'(.

I mailed Eidos about this but they won't reply >:(.

And Acriku, great graphics doesn't mean gameplay sucks. FA:WoE is from the same developpers as Earth2150, wich was uber fantastic.

Um, those are just estimates (for Twilight), and old ones at that. WW is saying something along the lines of 1GhZ now.

And Earthnuker, the graphics in Generals look WAY better the scrrenies on that site in your sig. Though I would like a WWII RTS. If only it was available in America. We fought in WWII too! H*ll, we won WWII! ::)

FA: WoE is based on an engine that was first introduced only just after Tiberian Sun (!). Pretty good for that time.

End of this year we should get screenshots of Earth 2160, the first game to utilise the EarthIII engine. Zxz claims the graphics will be revolutionary, like Earth2150 with its EarthII engine was a couple of years ago.

Well with GDI:

You ended up with Kane presumed as dead. But he isn't. And he launches an attack on GDI. When you have defeated that attack. And also made an alliance with the mutants (the forgotten) you learn that Kane has a powerful device, the 'Tacitus' (Latin for silent). And object acquired from a crashed alien ship. And that contains information about the Tiberium

Well, Kane wants to launch a missile to speed up the Tiberium evolution process. And you must stop it.

And you succeed when you win.

And with NOD:

Nod is runned by a traitor (he works for GDI) and you must defeat him. When he is defeated, Kane appears and takes over the control again. Now you must work on the project to speed up the Tiberium evolution process.

And you succed when you win...

Tiberium is highly toxic. When you're near it, you'll get all kinds of weird deseases- and in TS tiberium spread wide so the entire atmosphere is polluted with it.

Yes and Tiberium can also mutate (an example is the Forgotten) and can be used to enhance (eg the Cyborgs). Also the sea got covered with floating weed stuff so ships were no longer used.

The Forgotten were just experiments. Tacitus could spread humans with tiberium parts and people would need only tiberium for their life. Look now, wemust drink water, nutritional food, sugar, vitamins etc.

Brotherhood of Nod could evolve people to higher being. Heretically said, Kane was second Messiah!
