Laser tougher than Assault?

Although everyone says an assault tank has tougher armor than a laser, but according to my experience, the laser could actually take more damage than an assault i.e 2 blast from NIAB would detroy an assault while thats not the case for a laser.

But who dishes out more damage? I'll expect it to be the assaults, but i'm not sure, could anyone tell me, the TRUTH.

well, the laser dishes out more than the assult, but the assult has more armor. one on one, i dont know. but if the las is handled right, it will easily get the assult.

But the matter of fact is a full salvo from minotaurus would destroy a Laser but not the Assault, why is that the case?

the lightning doesnt go through the sheilds to good. and, it regenerates before the second niab blast.

the las tank doesnt have anytime to regenerate with one salvo, as they slow down the tank and stop it from getting away.

It doesn't slow down because one blast will only take the shield away.

its because minotaurs aren't good against armour.

because the NIAB tank is coded to do ... damage against lasertanks and ... damage against assault tanks.

Two blasts from a NIAB tank will kill an Assault Tank AND a Laser Tank.

the minotaurs bullets aren't tracking, you must practise to micronaging if your lasertank gets killed 1 on 1 against an mino.

Don't you know the 'Laser Tank dance'? Just keep moving around the Mino and shooting it with the Laser Tank. With proper micromanagement, you can keep the Laser Tank from getting its shields blown away. Practice on the AI if you have to.
