Dune on GBA?Is it Possible?

Well That's My question.Gameboy advance can support 3D graphics,Great sound and Control.

Hmm, I doubt if it is possible, because you need a bigger screener/resolution.

And otherwise no one wants to port it to GBA

I Don't think you know.If you buy a TV tuner you can use the GBA to watch TV!

dune2000, hmm i'm not sure, i think so. but the controls would be very hard. Blizzard is releasing the lost vikings for GBA though. and believe me you have to get that one when it comes out. it's one of the best games ever

Well,I agree with you.I played some war-based games on GBA.They are good But.........you will have to take turns......But I think there will be other more advance portable game consoles. 8)

Dune 2 style probably. That should be possible. Only the controles are hell to operate.

There even are a few, verry few RTS games [ thought about 2 ] fot the GBA at this moment.

But Dune on GBA ? Don't know of many Westwood games that have been released for Nintendo hardware. But who knows, with the new Game Boy in development the new version could verry well have an RTS game in it's line. But then that's merely speculation. Think that the fact is more that it are consoles, and RTS is not a favorite console game.

Heh....how to get GBA GAMES FREE...Roms!It allows you to play them on your computer just by downloading roms!You need a special program to play them.(please it is illegal unless you have the original.)

there is a console version of dune out for the sega genesis. it is fricken old, but it is what got me hooked on dune games. I think that the game has improved in quality, greatly over the last, say six or seven years that I have been playing dune's. I think with some of the advancements in console os's there could easily be rts games, even with multiplayer capabilities, though I highly doubt we would have the enjoyment of those huge, monstrous maps with unlimited spice. It will probably seem like playing electronic Risk.

I'd not buy it as I tried it with Emperor: Battle for Dune. It is totally impossible to play and I've even lost the toturial (can you believe it). Dune must be played with the mouse and since the G.B.A. doesn't have one, well, it is not recommended. You'll lose $49,99 to it, and you'll throw it in the trash can after 5 minutes.

They have released Doom on the GBA so Dune/Dune2 would be no problem

id realy like it if they did do that. i bet they could, i think if they have the curser controled by the arrow pad, and A to select and make units move, and B to unselect.that might work! :)
