Another interesting aspect of this topic is that it must have come before Nyarlathotep was given the official tech support board of Dune2k that we all now take for granted. I know that this site is mainly focused on Dune2K, but I for one was drawn here by Nyar and his game tech support thread from the official Emperor Battle for Dune forum. If I remember correctly Gob was a moderator at the EBFD official forum prior to starting this forum?

As far as I can remember old messages, there was a forum before this one. And this one started beginning 2000. So that would make this far older than Emperor. Besides, the site already existed since 1998 (though back then it wasn't much according to Gob)

I'm not sure if that link would be this site or the people who used to own the domain... I can't tell because way back isn't working right now.

And the site has been around since 1998 when Dune 2000 was announced and we've had a forum for most of that. I was just the moderator for the Emperor boards because they didn't have anyone else and things were getting out of control sometimes.

I think he meant the link didn't show up because it wasn't working. WBM has problems connecting. I just tried my link I posted before, and it says Failed Connection.

man you guys are lucky i live in u.s. and i am lucky if i get a new graphics card every 4 years, but unfortunatly i dont have a job so im at mercy of my parents(im getting one soon though)
