Open it with Wordpad and look on statements. It's easy to learn. If you're making a new unit, you have to give it an "image" statement with system name of another unit image. It looks quite good, and it's not a huge (and ridiculous) change like an IFV was... the infantry just sticks his weapon out of the side, front, or top, and that's your suit. For chrono tech, it will be bonus guild technology, which will appear when you capture some buildings (haven't you seen my Kane's Return mod? Same system).But PLEASE wait!
