Kirov:  Worms grind up the stuff they eat in their gizzards.  The Sandworms also have huge chemical reactions ("Chemical furnace" I believe were some exact words) going on in their innards, so I don't think anyone would live to be worm crap.  Although it would be a very strange sensation.
