Britain got 1 gold medal. Which is the record already for winter games (for Britain)?

Got a small storm on me now, power turned off/on about 10 times today. Hopefully don't lose it for good.

I wouldn't want to be a Russian in the Winter Olympics!  The pressure must be mounting for 2014 already!

Especially after the supposed failure they had at Vancouver.

Isn't summer games in Britain upcoming?

The closing ceremonies were pretty good (as a Canadian), so I had to talk about it.

Seems not many people had opinions about it.

Guess what Brits, Police will be invading your home during 2012 olympics.

Police will have powers to enter private homes and seize posters, and will be able to stop people carrying non-sponsor items to sporting events.

posters inside homes? Is posters some sort of British slang? What the hell do posters inside homes have to do with anything? Do they mean a poster on a window that people can see outside? Maybe a competitors brand tghat didn't pay $$$ to be official sponsor?

and if you're eating a food or drinking something that is not corporate olympic sponsor they will take that away from you.

I hope the protests and riots are good.
