The Atreides advantage

i know the Atreides can put elite infantry back into the barracks but how about the vehicles or flyers? can they do this also?

atredies can only stick infantry back in, not vechiles or planes.

on top of that No other subhouse or house can do that. you also can't put subinfantry back in there barricks and get elites back. even with the Atreides.. :)

But with infantry its enough. Snipers can became elite fast in the begining of game when enemy sends scout or when move infantry to base and then produce only elite snipers.

Heck, if they could build elite verhicles. Then the Atreides would be really overpowerd.  :O

Yes, they would be all elite very fast if player maked first mino and mangoose elite at the begining.

           The biggest Atreides advantage is their Minotaurus. A few of them could defeat an entire attacking force if it passes through a narrow place, and there are lots of narrow places in the maps of E:BFD.

           When backed by Mongooses, which fire at air attackers and fast ground units, the Minos are fearsome.

        As about the elite units, they are cool, too. Especially Elite Kindjals who can even stand up to Flame Tanks. And Elite snipers, who are basically better than elite Fremen Warriors.

I said when sends scouts and with infantry rush. Snipers are VERY good against every infantry, better than some vehicles and if enemy send infantry or even when you pt sniper in the beginnig near enemy base, there where infantry moving, you have elite

Infantry are especially easy to get to elite if "luiving world" is turned off, and if you put level 2s into the invisible APCs between battles.

But pay attention that it works with all Atreides infantery. So if you aren't Atreides but you have their Barracks you can still upgrade them. Since the code of upgrading stands in the unit's experience and not in the code of the House

well.... once you've put in one elite sniper it get's easier since then all other snipers are already level 1 experienced

lol, in campaign I was sending infantry to destroy crates and they were fast 1 level experienced. And I like put level snipers/kindjals on infantry rocks that aren`t on sand but on the way leading to base, I don`t remember what is called this map. Infantry going there and is killed preety fast.

but ur forgetting something, the mortor infantry owns the sniper 8)...

i once had 6 morters vs 30snipers, al my morters died = 900 solaris

and he had 5 snipers left

Then u faced prob a n00b cos 2 snipershots kills a mortar and maybe if they are promoted 3 shots kills one.

And if u not putt them in a klump u lose less.
