Why Rome specificly?

Rome rocks. There's so many things about it that interest me, much moreso then Paris or Berlin. Sadly I've only been there once when I was a little kid, hope to go again when I've earned the money.

Sure. :)

I knew I said it wrong, but was too lazy to research the correct saying.

Just got back from the bar... Class at 10 in the morning too! (3 in a row!)

So I'm slow. :)

Yeah, I'm in roughly the same position.  Got tons of classes tomorrow, not to mention coursework to do, places to go.  Tons of stuff to...

I don't care what the border patrol says, I'm Canadian...really.  ;)

Prove it.  How much for a large double-double and 20 timbits?

I don't know off the top of my head, but the $1.99 for a small Iced Cappuccino, and what's the deal with the $1.29 for strawberry tarts?  I mean its 4 strawberries and a mini pie crust!

Good call Mahdi. 8)

Who was Louis Riel?

hehe. should get rid of stamp on my hand from tonight...

20 timbits is pretty easy. I'd venture the guess, but I'd hope I'm not wrong. Havnt seen the commercial in a while.

I don't drink coffee.

I know about that. My friend works there.

They shrinked the donuts while raising the price at the same price.

That was more than a year ago. (unless they did it again)

Recently they have started to get frozen donuts and such instead of baking it themselves and delivering across the Island. So all they have to do now is put them in the microwave.

I heard they put nicotine in the coffee, but according to snopes or some other website they say it is false.

Still baking them here.  Other than a few timbits I ahven't had a donut in a long time.

Did you know that if you go in at like 2:30 in the morning they just stuff the box and don't count?  You get like 40 for the price of 20!

Hehe, one night we got like 3 boxes of 20 donuts each (for free). They throw the donuts out around midnight here.

It's always fun to get free donuts. And lots of them. We ended up throwing some of them at vehicles one night we had so many.

I usually get 1 timbit each time I go. They usually give it to me free too.

Last time I was there I got a free timbit and a free hot chocolate. Friend has been working there a long time. (6 years?)

Funny the stories you hear about what goes on there. Makes you sick sometimes.

According to the Tim Hortons Menu FAQ that is just a rumor.

Funny, the person I know said they have just under the illegal limit in the coffee.

I figured it was a rumor.

Although the

Tim Hortons donuts and baked goods are prepared at our bakery in Brantford, Ontario, Canada. Prior to serving, they are baked and finished (with fillings and/or glazes/icings) at your neighbourhood Tim Hortons store. Staff can bake in small batches throughout the day, so that customers should find their favourite products on the shelf more often. We believe this baking system offers our customers the best product, each and every time.

may hide the fact that they are frozen, sent to a store, then thawed (or "cooked") and served. Yet every store does not have the capability (or logistics) to "cook" each batch required. Here they get one store to cook them and ship to other local stores. Tim's just prettied the concept up.

The profit margins on Tim's products are unbelievable.

They cost very little to make products and they pay employees minimum wage.

Make millions off of a store each year if you own it.
