Happy Halloween!

Thought I would start this a day early.

Tonight - Getting dressed up (I don't know what in yet), going to the university bar and watching an AC/DC cover band (really good!). It has been sold out since Friday, and many people want tickets.

Oh, and a party at my apt, ~20 people.

What are you doing this Halloween? What are you dressing up as? Any good Candy givers in your area? I know where I grew up we could easily get a pillow case full of candy (back in the day).

Went to a party last night (invitation only. Hee hee), fought with flour in the streets. That's my Hallow'een over this year. *Sigh* And I'm much too far away to be giving stuff out to kiddies. Not that I would. Besides rocks, that is.

My halloweens always used to consist of stocking up on eggs, because the kids ALWAYS used to egg the houses, so the only defence was to egg back. It was fun, but now we've moved away from that area.... Halloween's not the same anymore.

Ah...that was a good Halloween.We went around singing Amerika(by Ramstein),throwing peanut butter and strawberry jelly randomly at houses,and egging houses if we got something shitty(I must have gotten hyper on some of those candies,because we egged our school's pricipal's house! :D Luckily,it was dark out and I had black clothing covering every part of me except my eyes)

My halloween was messed up. (Trick or treaters are going out tonight 31st.)

So about 17 people showed up to party, we all partied quite good, then it came time to go to the Wave (bar). Cabs picked us up and we got there and there was over 100 people standing outside waiting to get in. Everyone was leaving saying that you wouldn't get in and people were going crazy. The liquer inspector was there taking peoples drinks. So all of my people split up, some went back to the apt, others went down the street to get cab to go to another cab and others went out for chinese food. All the while I walked by myself to a friends place, but they were not home, so I walked back to the Wave. (1/2 hour walk). The line wasn't as bad and I got in about 10 minutes later. The place was PACKED. One of the bouncers I know had his shirt ripped by some crazy people that got kicked out. The bouncers were restricting the flow of people, only letting them leave one exit (on entrance, had to go to another one). This was because people could not get in or out of certain areas because it was so packed. Beer was $3.50 which wasn't bad. The band was good and the costumes were OK, but have gotten worse each year since I first started going. I found one person that was at my apt, the rest never came back. Around 1 oclock I found a group of people I knew so I stayed with them there. By 1:30 the place started to fan out and you could easily move around. After the show I ran home (don't know why).

So I heard they eithor oversold tickets or people made fake tickets. Althought at 11 there wasnt a big line to get in, but at 12 (when we got there) the line was so big no one could get in. People who did not get in are supposed to ge a refund. And if they don't someones gonna get hurt. ;)

I got a group meeting at 2, and a pyschology club movie to go to later on.

Thank god the time moved back an hour, so I can get more rest.

Ok here was my halloween:

I had 2 baseball games in the morning, and my friend came home with me. We walked out about 2 hours early to piss off the people not ready yet. We dressed up with paper bags over our heads.  ;D

Oh yeah. We used the traditional pillow-case tactic!

From what I can tell, there is probably a couple hundred people pissed off at The Wave for the poor job they did on Saturday. Many conflicting reports.

As they say...

The shit is gonna hit the fan.

But Psychology movie was good tonight. Paid $2 and got free pizza and pop, and watched Stephen King's It

I dressed up as a security officer for Hallowe'en.  I found myself really getting into character.

I would much rather have been the Fifth Doctor.

I had a pretty boring Halloween. I spent the night at my friends house and we watched scary movies and played San Andreas. I was invited to a party at the last minute but I was already going to my friends house so I dident go. Meh.....not a big deal I guess, there will be other parties.
