just starcraft Custom maps.. prolly with triggers and such. Not a mod. Just a couple of maps that should make up for a campaign. The site looks nice though.

Perhaps it's still a mod. Even if they've only changed the unit names in string table (stat_txt.tbl). I used to play around with StarGraft and StarDraft some time ago and created small mods with no graphics changes but changes of unit names, tech tree, weapons, some new units, etc.
