It's nice to see that someone looks on him as human. Tough it is impressive to see such wounded person running. This Mike has to be a man of strong will.

awww how sweet, but I dont see him running with my veteren father after he lost his job and had to have surgury...oh wait then he couldnt pay for health insure and had to move into a small apartment to aford his bills...how sweet for bush helping soldiers but not turning a eye on america.

Or, perhaps Bush does actually have a softer side and is trying to express it...

Who can truly say, with the exception of George himself?

Last time i checked, he wasnt on this forum.  ???

well he cant help the cameras.... they are like flies... they will always be around....

and he didnt have to run with this guy or even contact him.... i would think most presidents/dictators/world leaders  would just proclaim themselves too busy for such things.

Did Tony Blair or anyone else involved in the war visit any wounded soldiers ?... run/do something  with them?... make them feel like their sacrifice wasnt ignored?.... make them feel like they were somebody?

Well i think it's a good story anyway. Personally I don't find bush to be that bad actually. Ofcourse i don't live in the US and sure he doesn't do everything right. And from the outside he kinda looks like a hard bastard doing everything for money. But realy i don't believe that is so. I actually think he made himself a pretty good president.

Wow! thats great bush did that it really helped America! Im so glad hes doing everything else he can to suport vets to ::)

In Chicago the work borks for Electritions are in the 1000's for those seeking jobs and it has been that way for nearly two years with no work, My step father had to stop working at a $20 doller a hour job and go to a $8 doller a hour job, Is Bush going to go run with him to?

Pointless Republican propoganda trying to cover up the real issues.

Makes me sick.

Pointless Republican propoganda trying to cover up the real issues.

That happens with every election. It's not like Bush is the only one doing this tactic. I'm sure his opponents in the election are doing the same. I'm not a Bush lover, but you gotta be honest in things stated.

Currently Bush's popularity is diminishing, so from his point of view I can understand why he did it. If his opponent would be in the same situation, he'd do the same.

someone made a joke that.... the Democratic party is the party of "No Ideas"  and the Republican party is the party of "Bad Ideas"  .... hehe i found that humorous

funny and true in a way.

Yeah, like he would state he has a bad side to himself... Don't think so.

I dont think so either, but he is the only one who could truthfully say.
