gunner154
but a leech spore weakens them
Timenn
They're quick enough back to visit mr. Engineer, but they can't teleport anymore then ;D ;D
Sardauker-Kirov
Also the Shoot off the leech tactic works too :P
Timenn
Not so good with NIAB, they have a lot of firepower but not much armor...
Ligic_Tha_Master
It works with Ordos though.
jacobdouds
Why can't Niabs teleport with a leech on them?
Ligic_Tha_Master
They can't?
jacobdouds
I don't know, but someone above said so.
Sardauker-Kirov
All unit's that are leeched cant use Secondary/Deployment Skills.
Timenn
That's true, and the Harvesters won't be picked up anymore by carryalls...
jacobdouds
Well then. Leeches are worse than I thought. This adds a whole new dimension to them.
Timenn
Then remove the black label from your screen where normally the Tleilaxu logo would be ;D
gunner154
leeches can only be shot of by friendly units
Timenn
It's good WW make that that way, otherwise leeches would be worser then they already are
gunner154
leeches are really useless units, but they arent THAT bad, right?well they work against human players to distract them while u use infiltrators to take out his outpost(s) and move ur forces in undetected.against computer players they rock, coz the computer never repairs them. ken124578
leeches have 1 advantage, they are fast and 1 shot is enough to kill an vehicle (if the leech isn't removed)
Sardauker-Kirov
They can be a "Huge" Annoyance, When you attack the enemy with the leeches when they are trying to assault you. It will cause alot of Confusion and Damage to the Verhicles also. While your units fire on them.Unless if they have some repair verhicles at hand lol  :)
firefly
The other major downside of NIAB tanks is their temporary post-jump immobility... a trait shared with Red Alert 2's Chrono Legionnaires; further, there is a regneration delay on the fold unit - anyone remember the chrono tank from the original Red Alert? Â Given those two facts, NIABs are best driven into battle, so that they can warp out if they get into trouble (hotkeying helps).
Timenn
And it's always irritating when one sticks behind and the other's teleport. But for some strange reason the one who stays behind survives and that one comes to your base on the normal way ;D
gunner154
What do you mean?
Ligic_Tha_Master
From who did you ask gunner?
Timenn
I mean, later in the game you always discover some units who are forgotten, like scouts or single Airdrone or used Carryalls, and with the NIAB you see suddenly your own NIAB coming trough your base while you said them to teleport years ago to the back of your base...
