I'm sure it's impossible. I only finished with atreides, and it's nigh on impossible to ally with them to start off with.

Nema, that only happens when you play with the Atreides. And it's downright annoying, because once you're told that you have a choice between the Ix and the Tleilaxu... but you're forced to ally with the Ix.

well be Harkonnen they don't get attacked by the tleiaxu so you have a chance just don't ally with fremen and sardaukar.

Anyway, I've looked in the strings files, and it is impossible to be allied with the tleilaxu on the final mission.

Maybe not, you can use them for all non-worm missions. And at the end you're automatically allied with the Sard, Fremen, Ix...
