last movie is nemesis... next generation... remember? With the Remans killing the romulan senate and the picard clone trying to kill picard? I thought it was a great star trek movie

I've read close to 30 Star Wars books and Several Star Trek books. My opinion is that the Star Wars book were much better. However, not one book from either series compares to the Dune Noves by FH. The only ones I thought came close were the Star Wars "Thrawn Trilogy" written by Timothy Zahn.

Damn right Van, the guy who wrote... bastard... needs to be shot and hanged by his chinny chin chin. He ruined everything... all of it! In the long line of ST movies, I hope he feels the burning shame of knowing HIS SUCKED!

So is ST: Nemesis good?

If I enjoyed the previous movies, should I enjoy this one?

i'd say it is realy good yes. If you enjoyed FC and Insurrection you'll definetly enjoy Nemesis.

You shouldn't be comparing any ST movies to first contact. It is undoubtably the champion. The only other ST movie that could beat it out is if they made a movie with Q (or another borg one)

Please. Thw Wrath of Khan is by far the best. Great dialogue, plot, epic storyline, amazing battle scenes, huge emotional investment, the death of spock, simply amazing. It is generally regarded as not jsut a great Star Trek movie, but as a great sci-fi action period. It frequently makes the "best of sci-fi" critic lists (the most recent of which put it in the top ten) and is the msot liked by both the general population, ahrdcore trekkies, and film critics.

I was going to add wrath of Khan, but didn't bother.(havn't seen it in a while)

Then First contact is no doubt in second place (and by far the best TNG movie). ;)
