You are calling English food bad? It's great. We have fish and chips and the full English breakfast! English food is way more safer than dutch food. (I know there is a heavy dutch presence on this forum but that is the way it is :-)

My sister got food poisoning on a trip to holland and there was a little campaign earlier to show that british meat was a lot safer than in other Europian countries (like holland, obviously this may just be goverment properganda)

Dutch food, in Gelderland.. (GELDERLAND, GELDERLAND GELDERLAAAAAAND etc.) we eat meat, with a lot of potatoes and vegetables with that. I've never been in a country where they eat as much potatoes as we do, the only countries i'm not sure about this are Germany and Belgium.

The only time I've had food poisoning was from a McDonalds. Dutch food; Chips in mayonaise. ;)

horrible? it's delicious! Mayonaise is tipical dutch and fits with french fries, potatoe discs (??? dunno how to call em in english heheh) etc.

like potatoe discs are called chips ok and your british chips are french fries, french fries.

and the only real time I had food poisoning was from some bad china-man food( thats how we say it in cali :D) I had the splats (hip term for diarrhea)
