1) They are sterile (mentioned in novels 2-6).

2) They are manufactured, however they are not clones. Clones are illegal in the duniverse. Some Face Danceers, if they performed well, have there genetic code slightly altered to become masters in future lifetimes (novels 2, 5, 6).

3) They do have sexual desire (2nd novel).

i now know they are sterile, however lotsa ppl seem to have the sick and baseless idea that they have both sex organs when there is no evidence to back that up. you guys are just making that up off the top of your head (i don't even wanna think about *why*, tho....ick...)
