Already, during the short course of the war so far, America has air supremacy. This will not be very long.

If it goes like Kosovo, every infrastructure will be destroyed, it will be carpet bombing :'(

I doubt it will, the technology we hold has advanced GPS tracking - i.e. VERY accurate missiles and bombs.

Also, I heard on the news that the cruise missile, if fired directly at a corner of a building, it will redirect itself towards the target - that's how accurate it is.

Cruise missile like Tomahawk aren't classic rockets. They are slow, propelled by jet engine, which is also better for range. It's like a small plane, like V1. But it flies on very low high, so it's hard to hit. Wings gives it good maneuverability. Classic ballistic missiles like Scuds used by Iraqi are no match in attacks ranged about 500 km. They are vulnerable and inaccurate, what however was shown when Saddam retaliated. But still I fear if there wasn't some kind of bacteria spore or such. Now it looks everything ok, but tommorow... So, we have to leave something on God's shoulder tough :-

Carpet bombing of only the valuable stuff then? ;D

To be more exact, all that has value is getting shot at... bridges, water system (they destroyed the water system already in 1991, s don't worry they cannot shoot it twice), etc.

Hmmmm, I wonder what happens if America takes over the country.

They'll probably install a goverment and try to leech the oil from the country.

But we'll see what happen, but I am sure of it that Iraq are no match for the American forces and it's likely that the Iraqi soldiers will surrender before a bullet is fired.

well 12 plane crash victims + 1 yankee shot against around 450 iraqi border/rear guards surrendered

thats 13 against a massive 450.

They surrendered even before a marine finish his bulltet catridge

There is one good thing that this war has done for America. The stock market has gone up in all areas. We are on the road to recovery.

The same for the UK
