Is it tangible with the hand(despite any consequences)? I ask this because he said this was hot, and wasn't physical, so he might be picky.

Alright, let's make things more clear:

Is it made out of atoms?

This should settle the question of its nature once and for all.

Edit: Ignore this question. Slaphapy already asked about molecules and I don't want to waste one.

Tangible defined as (according to Webster) "capable of being perceived especially by the sense of touch"

Is it tangible by the hand? YES

is it made up of molecules? NO

Is it also in the southern hemisphere? YES

Is it found in space (the open area)? hmmm...NO (that I know of)

5 more! :D

tangible means "capable of being perceived *only* by the sense of touch"

it comes from "Tangere" meaning "to touch" (latin).

is wind really composed of molicules?

air is made up of O2 and obviously other gases but, does that have to do with the air moving causing "wind"

Gravity is composed of molecular parts - gravitons.

???? really, isn't that just a theory (i personally have never heard it explained in a very ... uhhh ... inteligent way i guess)

It's the most accepted theory. What's more is that they're thought to travel faster than light :O. Gravity drives anyone. ;)

Okay, so it's hot, you can touch it, it is not made up of molecules, and it can be found everywhere on Earth but not in space.

Ummm... WTF?? ???

I think empr is weaseling out of the tangibility since he put a definition that does not require the sense of touching, although I said with hands, so I guess it is touchable. This is going to be an interesting answer.
