#1 and #2 are blank, #3 shows up an image "hosted by tripod". Free internet space providers usually don't allow remote linking. Try www.boomspeed.com

Same as Earthnuker. If the image is for the strategy vault link, then I think he might host it(ask him), although you should make sure it is what you want and it is not to big and such.
