why don't you guys use MSN or another chat service, that way it's easier to set up a game methinks. Or you could say that a server is up a for example 12 o clock Greenwich time. That way you can be sure how late that is (you can calculate that is in your country, in the netherlands for instance that would be 13:00, etc.

I will get Renegade ASAP (well i played it before, but i got to admit that one is not legal, so you can't play it online) however i will get a legal version ASAP and get online with you guys. So if you see a GDI soldier with a big smile stepping in a medium tank and he drives over you, check if its me :P

Ok, i got the stuff up and running, played my first 3 Renegade matches... pretty cool. Even though i do suffer from bad lag, and in the case of many players packard loss which realy bugs. However, the action is awesome. And i love that you can sit in other people's vehicles... and ride with em. Rushing the base, jumping out and planting some C4.

I can solve that: Turn your resolution down! Holy sh*t man, it's like 1600x1200 or something. :O Worked for me.

Well, my comp can run single player fine at max resolution (for me=1024x768x32, small monitor and cheap graphix card :-) too, but in multiplayer it lags like a b*tch if it's over 800x600x16. And be sure to turn shadows/smoke all the way down.

And yeah, I'm trying to set it up, but I think it'll have to be on GSA, I can't get the needed stuff from EA for WOL. >:(

Yeah, it should run fine, provided you don't join very big games. And make sure the game's res isn't above 800x600 or so.

i can run a 20 player game on 42.6 i have no trouble besides like the 30 player games and when they get that big its not really that fun any more

hey, i'm running it on a 56k6 :) so you shouldn't have a problem. I hope i get my ADSL soon though
