Well it looks as though Westwood will be closing its doors Friday with a small number of staff staying on until March 31st when the studio will close for good. There are a number of people at Westwood who won't be going to LA though, some are being cut, others don't want to leave, and some are still making up their minds.

Cabal of CnCWorld has been updating his site with details on who is staying, leaving, or undecided so if you are wondering that is a good place to look. So far it looks like a lot are still undecided which you would expect considering how sudden this was.

Of course the wildcard here is Brett Sperry who won't be going to EA, could a new studio arise in Las Vegas with displaced WW employees running it?

Its hard to say what will happen now with Emperor but I've read that WOL will be staying around although I don't know if it will change at all. I'll keep you updated on anything I learn.
