lego isn't fun anymore though, because the parts have gotten so big that you put together a car from 2-3 pieces... I liked it when there were those very small parts ;D

Lego was its best with the "castle" and "pirates" series. They were the best. now all they come out with is junk.( from what i have seen and that is little).

In 10 years time when I find it in the attic I hope to do something "constructive"(pun intended) with it.

Yeah the pirates and the other medieval series were good. The city series was also very good until it became too much big parts...

yes castle series, i wanted them so badly... but i did not get it. it was too expensive :(

yes the downfall of lego was that it cost a lot of money. a 20 small peice set cost $20, and the biggest thing i got in lego standards was an imperial base(pirates), with water and a garrison.

You reading it wrong. Everyone has a dream, for most people unreachable.

If you reach a dream, there's mostly something else you wish to achieve. If you have achieved all your dreams, there's nothing left to wish or dream for.

Why are you all suddenly so obsessed with reaching dreams and goals in your life ? Shouldn't you be able to just life your life and be happy with it. If opertuneties come, they will and if not they won't. Just axcept it as it is and make the best out of it. :-

Actually, I think that we need failure, defeat and pain. We need to make the wrong decision without knowing it, from time to time. This makes us human. We need pain to remind ourselves that we are mortal, that we can't just do whatever we want without consequences.

i think that we can do both. i agree with gryphon to take things one day at a time, but also to pursue your dreams. i think you can do both of them.
