finnish has some kind of lap language in it too.

They talk totally greek in my ears, except those on the southern part of the land. They talk swedish wich is easy to understand.

"Jag har traeffat den haer snygga finska tjejen."

It means "I have met this nice finnish woman"

ok, traeffat means met right? (this would be "treffen" in dutch)

and jag means I ("ik" in dutch)

har means have ("heb" in dutch)

den means a ("een" in dutch)

tjejen means girl ("meisje' in dutch

i don't know what snygga means, but finska must be finnish :)

Jag = I

har = have

traeffat = met

den = this/that

haer = here(used with a different meaning here, would not be used in english)

snygga = pretty/nice

finska = finnish

tjejen = girl/woman

I've met this sweet finish girl = "Jag har traeffat den haer snygga finska tjejen."

actually I though flicka was girl in swedish but maybe it's norwegian I can't really tell the difference

Yeah.

By learning german, I am sure to get atleast 3 weeks with such a girlfriend ;D (week one, norwegian, 2-english,3-german)

LoL, talk about girlfriends, both lovers and friends (so to say), I have this strange feeling that I am some sort of "Anna magnet". Here's some "proof" (believe it or not):

1. I once had a girlfriend (friend), whose name was Anna.

2. One of my brother's girlfriends (lover) was an Anna.

3. A classmate, who is also russian, also have the name Anna.

4. Some girl on ICQ, who somehow contacted me (I don't know why), her name is Anna too.

Now, this may sound like some coincidence, but check this out:

I knew the first Anna (Nr. 1 above) for a pretty long time because we lived in the same house. Now, we both moved separate ways, and I never saw her again, but another girl (whose name isn't Anna :P), knew Anna 1, so yes, you could say that I knew a person who knew Anna 1. Now, later in life, that girl (who knew Anna 1), changed school and etc, so I had absolutely no contact with any Anna.

But around this time, my brother got his new girlfriends, Anna 2, so now, I knew another Anna, and so we became pretty good friends too (and I mean friends, because she was like 10 years older than me). Later, my brother and her broke up, she left him, and besides that, she started to study the Russian language. So each time we met, my family and her, we always spoke russian. And, around the time of the breakup, this new girl, Anna 3, began studying in my class. She was also russian!

After a year, to about one month ago, she quit of various reasons. BUT!, around THAT time, this mysterious girl, called Anna (Nr. 4), somehow, unknown why, contacts me, on ICQ! And guess where she lives?..... In Russia!!!
