1. Which of the following has the LEAST value?

I cannot say, i do not value an unborn human above an unborn animal, i don't even know if i value a living human above an animal at times

Value is a bit ambiguous, but I will take it as "weighing the consequences of termination" so I would choose C.

I highly doubt that Ordos45 (me being in Latin IV and not having come across that), but if it is true the name would still be the name of the stage the baby is in.

well, explain please, i'm quite interested on other persons opinion on this question... cuz i dunno, i'm tempting to C.... cuz there are more than enough humans...

She could press criminal charges if the state has laws against killing or harming viable fetuses. Like if she lived in Ohio

that wasn't what the quesiton asked.

Your score: failure for dodging the question 8) :O

Fine if that answer does not satisfy your holiness, then I will say it another way. She has all the right to, but it wouldn't go anywhere unless the state implemented laws against the murder or harm to a viable fetus. Does that satisfy your worshipness?

Posted

no. double failure. the question does not care about what the law says. I suggest you read the part about "in your opinion" and the word "should"

You went from a D to an F. Better luck on the next quiz!! ;D

it is too late to correct your answers. Your second attempt still dodged the question, so your grade of F is final. he he ;)

Actually I did answer the question. I just explained it further. I gave you what you wanted, plus more. That should be extra credit :P

actually you did not answer the question

Posted

you did?

*scrolls up*

hmmmm...I see a lot of information about laws and what she could/could not do in this state and that state.....

*looks more close*

But I see nothing that really answers the question:

"In your (Acriku's) opinion, she should have no right to press charges for murder."

What's funny is that emprworm didn't answer the quiz himself. Dodging the questions, eh? ::)

I think i'l leave that for him. and he did not dodge any question. but he don't want to give away the right one untill everone (or almost everone) has answer.

anyway. i'l tell why i think that if he hasn't told why he does{if he does?} after the answers are given. ;)

Since when is there a "right" morality?

And emprworm,

She has all the right to
, I think that is answering the question is it not? So yes, I did answer it before.

Hmmm. I wonder what the criteria are?

1. Which of the following has the LEAST value?

C. An unborn human

2. An unborn human is merely a "foetus" which is a term I like to use. It is more comfortable to me to call it a "foetus" because it removes any human identity from the life-form. A "foetus” no more actual value than a cancerous tumor.

B. FALSE

5. The moment a woman decides to have her baby, the once worthless lump of tumorous flesh called a "foetus" suddenly and magically becomes a human.

B. FALSE

6. I am happy that my mother was pro-life regarding me.

B. FALSE I am of no opinion.

7. ... ... In your opinion, she should have no right to press charges for murder.

A. TRUE Manslaughter at maximum. She should really try for grievous bodily harm, and lost expense, that she might have another child from the compensation awarded.

Hehe you mean like this?

Aww, you killed my soon to be born baby! That was not nice. Hmm, can you buy me a new one?

[hide]I'm only joking. I understand what you mean, Nema[/hide]
