I highly doubt that Ordos45 (me being in Latin IV and not having come across that), but if it is true the name would still be the name of the stage the baby is in.

She could press criminal charges if the state has laws against killing or harming viable fetuses. Like if she lived in Ohio

Fine if that answer does not satisfy your holiness, then I will say it another way. She has all the right to, but it wouldn't go anywhere unless the state implemented laws against the murder or harm to a viable fetus. Does that satisfy your worshipness?
