Which is the best MOD?

Which is the best MOD? I want to know which is the best, which give a lot of things, which gives new units/buildings with their owngraphics and models, etc.

In The Destroyers Grip (ITDG) by Appoloyn is the best one out there now. ITDG2 is coming out also, but it will be awhile. Dune Blaster by Zyx3, Shadow over Arrakis (is that it?) by Vidiware, and KH2 by the KH team are good mods also.

ITDG allows you to play 3 new races and 5 new subhouses. Also new units and textures....

So what are you waiting for? ;)

Its a total conversion, set in a different universe. It adds the three sides:

The Tempest - a bizarre hivemined race

The Aspedos - A technologically advanced race

The Kulchatah - A Physically powerful warrior race.

Also changes all subhouses, superweapons etc etc.

each race has individual traits:

Tempest : regenerates, tends to be fast, imune to poisons etc, resistant to sandstorms and sanddragons (heh sandworms to you).

Aspedos : all units are shielded and employ heavy weaponry. Units tend to be expensive.

Kulchatah : Infantry is very tough while still being cheap in price and effective. Vehicles are also very tough. All units will go beserk when shot and move at 150% speed towards their target.

and btw, I VERY much doubt Ill ever finish ITDG 2, got exams and stuff.

Dune Blaster (English version) and ITDG are my personal favourites at the moment. ;)

Ghosty once told me of a mod that only change textures or something and had no changes to any units so it would work even if ppl didnt have the mod. I forgot what it was called. I think it was Chocolate. :-

heh, in my emperor Ive still got the ITDG sound files so when I click on a sard elite it sounds like a Guild maker 8).

I can't tell you what the *best* mod is, but I can point you to the most popular: Kwisatz Haderach 2. :)

oh and just to point out, KH is mainly the "most popular" as its also one of the oldest, meaning that it would most likely have more downloads AND the number there is KH 1 and KH 2 combined.
