Is there a way to stop a gunship-rush?

Simple. Atreides are best again Gunship rushes. Just see the rush early as it leave the base (or watch for a large mass of enemy dots coming towards your base on the outpost, if you have one that is ;)) and send Airdrones to kill them. Fly alongside the Gunships with the Airdrones. The drones will automatically shoot at the Gunships who will be unable to dodge the missiles, and they will be destroyed very quickly. The sooner you catch the rush with the drones, the better. Drones can outrun Gunship missiles anyway, so provided you micromanage your drones properly, you should get away relatively unscathed.

Harkonnen - Gun turrets and lots of troopers

Ordos - AA troopers

Atreides - air drones and missile turrets

Good, but the Gunships will probably wreck your base before they die if you rely on only turrets.

Use airdrones, or missile tanks, to pick on them before they reach your base. And troopers.

As Ordos, AA troopers. You may want to take sard elites too.

I don't think many people know this but if you are able to sneak some fedaykins in his bace you could kill ALL his gunships in seconds.

I think it takes 2/3 fedaykin shots to destroy 1, try it, its worth it.
