but I found a list of over 1000 snes games....

i do not beleive that PS has the most games, but i do believe it is increasing and may catch up to snes or nes. what about atari? i downloaded it and it had about 600 roms. maybe PS means that they have the most games on cd's or something.

surprisingly, PS is still releasing games like THPS4, etc. i was surprised, because of that. but, it wont be as good as the PS2 or XBox versions, but im surprised they're still making PS games with the GC, Xbox, and PS2 out.

No specifics yet, but think of it. Xbox1 is already years ahead of PS2, and with all this money they have and new ideas, they are just going to blow us all away. In an interview, which I will find later, says that the technology of Xbox2 is so advanced now that they have no idea how PS3 will manage anything close to it. Yes I have that much faith in xbox :D

gamecube sucks. it owns the least amount of hte market and there are barely any good games. x-box is good owns only .2 million more consoles than the oll cube and PS2 dominatease with a wooping 9.1m illion consoles (x-box is 2.2 miliion consoles)

PS2 rocks! Nintendo is going the way of sega and x-box will join my ps2 soon. :)

It does also have the best controller.

how can you say the ps2 controller sucks? i think it's the best one out of all of them. it's definetely the most conmfortable.

when i buy a system i don't get it for quality. i get it for the quality of the games. put simply i like the games on ps2 more than i like the games on either of the two other systems. in all honesty, had i gotten xbox for whatever reason, the only game i would've gotten is halo. i'm happy with the decision i made with ps2.

Gamecube? Comeeeeeeeeeeeeee on. A little purple box that plays mini discs, ohhhhhhhhhhhh wowzers, YOU CANT EVEN PLAY CDS ON IT MY SEGA SATURN COULD PLAY CDS FOR gods sake. Then you have to by a addon for dvds? pssssssh come on, will the add on even be able to play music or wil lit just be dvd? Not to mention you have to buy a memory stick thing. Not only is it stupid its tecnologicly backwords. shesh.

Ps2. Large amount of games, hard to program for though. Soney likes to push around the little market guys to sell there games(IE at gameshops and even big ones such as wal-mart sony has been threatning to pull some of there bigest products if the bigest x-box and gamecube games arive.

you can play music and dvds on them its only major advantage and its large amount of games, but the hardwhare sucks, the graphics suck,

X-box the diomind in the rough, the good, while playstion 2 is the bad ,and gamecube is the ugly.

games may be few but have some of the best. not to mention that many ps2 games are coming for the x-box with upgraded graphics ect. heck even the devolpers relize its power.

while you suckers get megabyte memory cards we get 50 gigs + of space to hold are games, soundtracks(yup you can save your own tunes to play while fraging people)

i decided xbox over ps2 for these reasons:

-XBOX is a better system(It has better hardware)

-PS2 may have more games and better games, but the games that are getting released or have been released on PS2, are being released on XBOX as well

-XBOX has games that PS2 doesn't have like Bruce Lee, Halo, and many others

-The graphics on XBOX are so much cleaner than on PS2

-The one game though that I wish was on XBOX is NBA STREET, it is so awesome

-AND, on December 12, The Two Towers comes out for XBOX with a newly designed engine and much better graphics and gameplay.

-Even though The Fellowship of the Ring is good, I was constantly annoyed at the fighing engine. That is why I can wait 2 weeks for The Two Towers!!! ;D

How you use it? You can only use hardware up to so much. Xbox can go a lot higher than it can today and yet it already beats PS2. ... .. ..

SNES is better than PS because of the memories. Ah the memories. Good memories.

Xbox, PS2, or GC?

GC has least gfx power, PS2 plays crappy DVD quality, and the gfx arent that great. Xbox has nice DVD quality, cool controllers (yes, cool, and if you think they're giant, get the S controller and shut yo face), and the Graphics are stunning. not to mention (woops i just did ;D ) you can listen to your music while playing your game on some titles.

but i think most of the games suck. to put it bluntly. i don't care if the thing had GPS, perfect 100 slide thing dvd, in game personal music, the ultimate in controller, insanely real graphics and smooth gameplay. if it doesn't have the games to back it up it's not worth the money.
