Anybody else have this too? I love this game. You're the ruler over a carribian island. You get to decide what kind of policy you follow, if you're democratic or dictatorial, etc. There are a number of factions (communist, religious, intelectual etc) to keep happy (or to opress). Kinda like a carribian version of Sim City :).

Even better than SimCity! Wow, I hope some day we'll see this on bigger scale. One little island isn't much. But it's best non-military strategy I've ever played.

I have it also, which is really unusual that I'd get something like this. The game is pretty cool. It is a very different type of game. PopTop gets credit on this. The intro. to the game and the music are expecially nice. The one thing this game does really well is create a true feeling of being there. When you see the island and hear the Caribbean music, it is great.

The game, for those wondering, is like being Castro running Cuba starting in the 1950's. You can build airports, hotels, entertainment places like casinos, etc. My favorite part of the game was treating the people like trash until they eventually revolted =) Of course, I had been moving money to the military so I can continue to plow over their nice homes....hehe. Then they build little shacks off to the side of the city.

In one game, I remember pissing off the US and they sent a battleship outside the city (if I remember right).

This isn't really my sort of game but I still liked it. Also, I think they still support their games.
